THE PHENOMENON of HAJ in INDONESIA

Writing based on my view is a method of encouraging my imagination and inspiration. Thus, i pour my own writing here in order to get a self confident of writing skill and be corrected by others hopefully.

The phenomenon of Haj in Indonesia

The phenomenon of Haj is not currently applied as a great work ship or a holy trip to mecca. Recently, many pilgrims carry out it as the form of the personal capability of performing it in order to get some sensational views and opinions from someone else. Now days, Indonesian people have a strong enthusiastic in doing the Hajj to mecca soon. They register themselves crowdedly through both regular and ONH registration way. Some people can’t hold it anymore to have a holy trip as soon as possible. Hence, there are some deceptions about dispatching the pilgrims in some ways and most of them are trapped in a trick of someone who haven’t a responsibility to get only the profits.

In the other hand, the departure of thousand pilgrims is more and more increasingly, marked by adding the waiting list and the reality of long term departure. How could we look at this reality? It is caused by the high attention and great enthusiasm to perform the fifth pillar of Islam. That reality is supported by the economic readiness of the candidate of pilgrims to cost their Haj, eventhough the cost of Haj is currently increased by this year.
